It never ceases to amaze me when God shows up and does what only He can do! This past Sunday during our service we had multiple baptisms of folks coming forward to publicly profess their faith in Jesus Christ. What an incredible experience it was! I am so grateful to be a part of a church where God is moving and we can all see and experience life change.

Also, this past Sunday we continued our Next Steps Class as we took so many of you through what it means to “Grow” here in the Forest. If you missed it, please join us this Wednesday night at 6:00 PM in the West Cafe as we look at “Grow” again. Next Steps will continue this Sunday, July 24th, at 9:00 AM in the auditorium as we look at what it means to “Serve” here at VFC.

I am so excited about where God continues to take us as a church! It is incredible to be on the journey with you all and I hope that you will keep the vision of reaching those that no one else is reaching at the forefront of your thoughts, prayers, and actions. God is calling us to an unprecedented work here in the River Region and we need to maintain that willingness to do whatever it takes to reach those far from Him. Thank you for being willing to do whatever it takes! Keep chasing Jesus and keeping living sent!
