Here in the Forest, we believe that saved people serve people and we have an opportunity to do just that in response to Hurricane Harvey and the incredible need in Texas.

In addition to taking to collecting monies to aid the recovery to help serve the victims of Hurricane Harvey, Vaughn Forest Church will be collecting items to distribute directly to flood victims. Northeast Houston Baptist Church owns and operates a physical needs mission to Houston’s 5th Ward called Farrington Mission. The 5th Ward is one of Houston’s largest underprivileged areas. Donated items will be sent to the Farrington Mission.

Please donate any of the following items:
Hygiene Items: Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Deodorant, Soap, Shampoo, Body wash, Feminine products, Wash clothes, Towels

Baby Items: Diapers/Pull-ups, Wipes, (New) Bottles, (New) Sippy cups, Baby food/Formula, Baby clothes, Blankets, and Onesies

Please bring items to the tables set up in the middle of the lobby in front of the “What’s Coming” sign.

Donations will be collected through Sunday, September 17th.
