It’s Not Just A Phase – Parenting In A Post-Pandemic World
February 6, 2022 @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
You’re invited to Vaughn Forest Church on Sunday, February 6 at 9:30 or 11:00 AM, for the kick off of our new series “It’s Not Just A Phase – Parenting In A Post-Pandemic World”!
In this brand new teaching series “Its Not Just A Phase, Parenting in A Post Pandemic World” we believe that God wants to…
• Remind you that you are still the key influencer in your children’s lives.
• Encourage you with timeless principles from His Word that still apply today.
• Surround you with other parents who can provide encouragement and guidance.
• Give you wisdom on allowing your kids to enjoy technology without it taking over their lives.
• Equip you to draw out the individuality in your child while also helping them understand the value of being a part of your family.
• Help you to navigate the challenges of emotional health for your children and yourself in the new reality we live in.
The good news is that if you are feeling overwhelmed by parenting in a post-pandemic world…you are not alone. In this brand new series “It’s Not Just A Phase” we will talk about how to successfully navigate the challenges of parenting your children in a world where the rules have permanently changed and yesterdays methods just aren’t enough.
“I’d like to invite you to join me on Sunday, February 6 at 9:30 or 11:00 AM, at Vaughn Forest Church as we kick off a brand new series on parenting in a post pandemic world called “It’s Not Just A Phase.” I think all of us as parents have felt the strain of trying to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to raising our kids in the world we live in today. It may surprise you to know that even in these unprecedented times, God has some timeless wisdom to help you be successful as a parent and to relieve that extra stress that we all feel.
In this series, we will take a look at some of the biggest issues that parents are facing today and in a very practical manner, discover what God’s Word has to say about them…dealing with your child’s attitude and disobedience, how to win when it comes to your child’s access to technology, guiding your child to a healthy emotional state when you feel like you are at the end of your own rope, helping your family have time for each other when everything else in the world is demanding your attention, and more.
Even in these crazy times we live in, God cares so much for you and He wants you to know that He is greater than any circumstances you and your family may be facing.
I hope to see you this weekend at Vaughn Forest Church! I look forward to meeting you!”
